Hey guys first Trixie Belden moment coming right up! I got this from the sixth Trixie Belden book, where they all go to Diana’s uncle’s ranch in Arizona. They were welcomed as guests but, Trixie volunteered them to help out when the family of servants who worked on the ranch mysteriously disappeared! Ooooooh! Anyway enjoy! FYI Diana’s nickname is Di. And Maria is just someone who works at the ranch.

Mart is the first one talking:

“For years I have been trying in vain to get her to give me the correct answer to that simplest of all weights and measures problems: Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. How many pickled peppers did Peter Piper pick?”

;pooh,” said Di. “That’s not a problem. It’s a jawbreaker-and in case you’re interested, you said ‘How many peckled pippers’ instead of-oh, well, never mind.”

“Nobody could answer that question,” Honey put in. “There probably are no such things as pickled peppers and if there were they’d probably vary in size.”

“You use pickled peppers when you make chili sauce, don’t you, Maria?” Brian put in.

“Dried chili peppers,” she said. “But one can easily pickle peppers by putting them sliced with onions and garlic in a crock and covering all with a brine of vinegar and salt.”

“That proves my point,” Honey said quickly. “Before you could answer Mart’s problem you’d have to know how many slices make a whole pepper. And that’s impossible.”

“Besides,” Di added, “;peter Piper couldn’t have picked a peck of peckled pippers because pickled peppers don’t grow. They’re pickled after they’re picked.”

Mart was almost hysterical with laughter. “You girls grow pickled brains,” he finally got out. “The answer to my question is quite simple. In two words-one peck.”

Trixie glared at him. “Oh, for Pete’s sake!”

Mart groaned. “Are you referring to Pete Piper? If so, I’d rather not hear any more about him.” He turned to Jim. “In fact, if anyone mentions the name Pete in my presence I shall lie on the floor and scream.”

Hope you liked it!

Hey guys I was just thinking about what I can type about, because all of you have characters you can write about and I don’t have any. My life isn’t as exciting as all of yours are and the only funny thing I can write about has to do with sarcasm. Then it came to me! What I am going to do, not all the time but, some of the time, I am going to introduce you to the Trixie Belden characters and every so often explain a scenario that they are going through in one of the books and put down a funny, or exciting, or dangerous part of the book for everyone to read. It won’t be long only about a paragraph or two, just a really good part of the book! Right now I will introduce you to the characters!

Trixie Belden: Thirteen-year-old Beatrix 'Trixie' Belden is one of the two co-presidents of the Bob-Whites of the Glen, short with a sturdy build, she has short blonde ringlets and round blue eyes. She has a tendency to jump to conclusions, but her hunches often prove to be correct.

Honey Wheeler: Thirteen-year old Madeleine G. 'Honey' Wheeler is either vice-president of the Bob-Whites of the Glen. She is described as being tall, slender, and pretty, with long golden-brown hair and large hazel eyes. Until moving to Sleepyside, she spent her life in boarding schools and summer camps barely knowing her own parents.

Brian Belden: Brian Belden, sixteen, is the oldest of the four Belden children. Described as dark and handsome, he is by far the most level-headed of the seven Bob-Whites and plans to become a doctor after finishing school.

Martin Belden: Exactly eleven months older than Trixie, fourteen-year-old Martin ‘Mart’ Belden is often described as Trixie's 'almost-twin'. Mart is most well-known for his love of eating and his out-sized vocabulary. Despite his frequent arguments with his sister (they are constantly teasing and picking on each other), the two are quite close. And he plans to become a farmer. (He is my favorite!)

Jim Frayne: Fifteen-year-old James Winthrop Frayne II is the other co-president of the Bob-Whites of the Glen. The focus of the first two books, he is adopted by the Wheelers at the end of the 2nd book after successfully running away from his abusive stepfather. He has a Springer spaniel named Patch. Jim is an expert horseman and 'rides like a centaur'. He and Trixie have a fondness for one another. His goal is to one day use his inheritance to build a school for orphaned boys.

Diana Lynch: The prettiest girl in class, thirteen-year-old Diana Lynch has both a set of twin brothers and a set of twin sisters. Her father recently made a lot of money, and Di hates being rich, though the Bob-Whites help her adjust. She joins the Bob-Whites in the 4th book, while inadvertently providing them with another mystery. She shows great artistic ability in later books and can be a bit gullible at times. She is not the most intelligent, but is a good sport, smiling and laughing often, especially at herself when she makes mistakes.

Dan Mangan: Orphaned in New York City, Dan Mangan, left to his own devices, became mixed up in a street gang called ‘The Cowhands’. The juvenile court sends him to live with his uncle Regan, the Wheeler's groom, in Sleepyside, although he actually lives and works for Mr. Maypenny, the gamekeeper. After a rough start in Sleepyside, Dan reformed and became the seventh and final Bob-White in the 8th book. His age is unknown; he begins school in Mart's homeroom, but later must study during vacations to keep up with classes he takes with Brian and Jim. He intends to be a police officer in New York City.

The Bobwhites of the Glen is a club that Trixie and Honey along with their brothers formed in the 3rd book. Their call for help is the whistle of the bird Bobwhite. As new characters are introduced in the little snippets I will talk about them before the senario begins! That is it for now! I am going to bandage up my hands!

TV will always be there!!

I am going to reminise! I like digital cameras! Because it gives you the chance of reminising immediately! "ohh! Look at us, standing at that statue... a minute ago. We were soooo young! Soooo young!" I also like fruit baskets! Because it allows you to mail somebody fruit without appearing insane, if you mail someone apples then they're like "What the hell is this" but if you put those apples in a basket then they're like..."This is nice!" I hate trying to spell banana! Because it always makes me feel stupid! I'm like 'How many na's are on this thing...bana...keep going...bananana...DAMN!'

Anyway guys! The writer's strike is over and CSI is going to produce up to 6-9 episodes for April and May!!! Happy Days are here to stay!!!!!!
